Welcome to LillyTop Designs! Here you will find exclusive items made just for you and your little ones. Rest assured that you are in good hands here. With many years of printing and design experience you have come to the perfect shop. All items are packaged with love and shipped directly from my home in Soddy Daisy, TN to you.

My shop all started as a "hobby", something to keep me busy while my kiddos were in school. It soon blossomed into a FULL-TIME job. I am so thankful for my customers and their support. Making my customers and their little ones happy is what it is all about.

    RIGHT NOW, MOST ORDERS ARE SHIPPING OUT ABOUT 1 WEEK AFTER YOU PLACE THE ORDER.


    CURRENT TURNAROUND TIME - Please calculate from the following information. This is the best estimate that I can give you.

    Regular orders (not rush orders) take up to 7 BUSINESS DAYS to be processed and made. (when calculating, please do not include weekends). Postal delivery will then take about 2-3 days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email from PayPal & Etsy with your package's tracking number once your order has been shipped.

    NEED YOUR ORDER SOONER?
    I do offer rush options if you decide you want to bump up your processing/shipping time. These charges would be in addition to the regular shipping charges. The options should now be available on all listings when you check out, but if for some reason, you do not see them, you could add one of these rush fee listings located here:

    ◗ RUSH OPTION 1 (Priority)
    additional $10 gets it shipped within 1-2 business days and with priority shipping (arrives to you in 3-5 business days)


    ◗ RUSH OPTION 2 (Express)
    additional $20 gets it shipped within 1-2 business days and with priority shipping (arrives to you in 2-4 business days)


    PROOFS
    Due to the large demand of orders that I receive, I cannot accommodate proofs for every order. The ONLY orders that will receive proofs are new designs that are being custom created. Minor changes to my current designs do not count as being a new design. Minor changes do not receive proofs. Thank you for understanding.

    CANCELATION or CHANGE OF ORDERS:
    Once completed and placed, your order is immediately put into production. Cancellations or changes to orders cannot be accepted once you have completed and placed your order after 24 hours. Completion of your order confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order and shipping information before it was submitted. There will be a 10% cancelation fee for all canceled orders. Please allow up to 2 business day for the cancelation of you order.

  • Payment

    I accept immediate payment through Paypal. Please note - if you don't have a PAYPAL ACCOUNT you can still use Paypal...you just need a major credit card and you are set!

    If you don't have a PayPal account but would like to pay with a credit card, my shop allow payments via credit card by non-PayPal members. There is a link on the left side of the PayPal page to continue checkout without logging into PayPal. Learn more about paying via credit card without a PayPal account.

    On PayPal, you can choose the method of funding your payment from the available options. Verify that your shipping address is correct. You can change the address here to a previously-used address or add a new address. The shipping information will be passed back to Etsy.

    Orders will not be processed until payments are received.

  • Shipping

    ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED TO YOUR PAYPAL ADDRESS, unless you change the shipping at checkout.

    I DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE THE USA FROM MY ETSY SHOP. However, you can purchase my items from my CafePress Shop, and they will ship the orders internationally. Here is a link to my CafePress Shop if you are interested:

    Please note, I cannot control the USPS. I ship your order allowing enough time for the USPS to deliver your order. However, there are some instances that are out of my control. If I shipped your order out allowing the USPS enough time to deliver you order, I do not give refunds if the USPS fails to deliver your order by the date you requested it.

  • Refund and Exchange

    All sales are final, but I will be happy to replace products that were damaged during transit.

    If your order is not 100% free from defects in materials, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or refund. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return except when there is a quality concern as mentioned above. Please be sure to check your order as soon as you receive it, and contact us via Etsy message ASAP if there is an issue with your order.

    Please check the measurements on my size chart before ordering! I will NOT give exchanges if you order the wrong size. The best advice that I have is to measure one of the shirts that your child normally wears. Then purchase the size that is closest to those measurements on my size chart. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MEASURE BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ONLINE ITEMS!

    I understand that everyone makes mistakes (including me!). Take special care when placing your order. Check your spelling, dates and names carefully. In the event that you made an error and need a replacement, I do offer a 30% discount off the original retail price on the replacement to try to help. Of course, if I made the error, I will replace your order free of charge to you.

    All refunds or exchanges must be REQUESTED in an Esty message within 1 business days after your tracking # shows delivered. If approved for refund or exchange, you MUST ship the order back to me within 2 business days after I have approved your refund/exchange.


    COLOR DISCLAIMER:
    I do not give refunds for your order not being the exact color you see on your screen. As noted: Every computer monitor can vary in terms of brightness, contrast and even colors. This is why it is impossible that your product will match exactly what you see on screen. More than likely your product will be slightly less bright than what you see on your screen. The images that you see on your screen are not actual photos (unless you see them on a person). They are computer generated images, therefore your product will not be as bright. In general reds tend to be less bright than what you see on the screen. If you would like to see an actual photo of the product please ask, and I will see what I can do. Thank you!

    WASHING & CARE INSTRUCTIONS
    Always wash inside out
    Wash first two washings by itself!
    Hand or machine wash in cool water (NOT WARM OR HOT).
    Never use any form bleach!
    Line dry or machine dry on delicate setting.
    Cool iron if needed inside out.

    All layouts in the shop are created by me, Heather Rogers. I would greatly appreciate it if you would use your own style and ideas when developing your products. Please use professional courtesy by not changing your style to compete with my shop. It would be greatly appreciated if you would develop your own style OR stick to the one that you have (your record of past sales will show your previous style).

    Heather Rogers Designs are for sale only via Heather Rogers Designs. Heather Rogers Designs are copywritten. You may not copy, modify, flip, resize, or add to the designs and call them your own. Do not convert the artwork to any type of print media. The artwork in 99% of the designs solely belongs to Heather Rogers Designs. Selling or giving away the designs (even to friends) in any digital form is strictly prohibited. Full legal action will be taken.

    I do not authorize the use of my layouts or photographs for any other company other than my own. THIS INCLUDES SLIGHTLY MODIFYING THE LAYOUT. All violations of copyright law will be pursued legally.
